DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Pour 350-500 ML of cold water, milk or beverage of choice, add entire CTRL sample contents and shake it up! Vary the amount of liquid to reach the desired taste and consistency. Wash shaker after use.

CTRL contains Milk, Soy, Wheat and Tree Nut (Coconut). It is manufactured on shared equipment that might also process products containing Egg, Peanut, Fish and Shellfish ingredients.
